Baseball

Let me just say that for Jaxie baseball is life. He loves it so much. He doesn't like real bats. Instead he uses one of my big serving spoons. We have to pitch him the ball and then he hits it. Sometimes he runs and sometimes he doesn't. Lately he has been wearing Salt Lake Bees batting helmet. He can't go a day without playing ball. He loves it so much. He is so funny in the things that he does. He makes us all laugh!!!! Batter UP!!

Kids Family Party

We had a great time at the kids family party this year. We are so lucky to have great families who support our family. We had yummy food and fun. They are such great kids!! We are lucky to have them in our family. Thank you everyone for coming!!!

Zac's Birthday Party

This year for Zac's party we went to Pirate Island Pizza. It is a really fun place. He had 7 friends go and they had a great time. There was pizza, sodas, games and prizes. It was great for Conan & I because the boys ran and played and had a great time. We are so glad that Zac has so many great friends and had such a fun party!!!!

Brittan's Birthday Party

This year for Brittan's party we went to Build-a-Bear. She had 6 friends come. She had a great time there. She got a puppy and they all got high school musical 3 shirts for their animals. Then we went to get ice cream. They all had a great time and she got lots of fun presents!! Thanks everyone.

B Fairy

It has come time to take away the binky or B as it is called at this house. We have always taken them away long before this with the other kids, but where Jaxie was sharing a room with Zac and we all needed our sleep we just let him have it. He only had it at naptime and nighttime but it was still hard. So one night he set all of his B's on the table and hoped the B fairy would come to trade him that night. He had a little bit of a hard time but did pretty well. In the morning when he got up the B fairy had come. He was so excited to see that he had some new cars. He would not eat!! He wanted to play with them right away and then make phone calls to Grammie and Aunt Lulu. After he played for an hour he was ready to eat but really quickly. He loves his cars and still plays with them. He is one funny kid!!!

Halloween

This year our Halloween was very different but fun. Brittan came down with pneumonia and had to miss the school carnival and class party. She was so sad. I also had to miss the parade around the school because I was home with her. It made the week seem not like Halloween. Thankfully she felt much better and was able to go Trick or Treating. I was worried but it was a great time. I was gone to a WakeUp Now meeting during the day so Conan took the kids trick-or-treating on main street. When I got home we went to the Smiths for Pizza and fun. Then we all got ready to go. Zac was too cool to go with us so he went with Jayden and company. We had a great time and really racked up the candy. We got 1/2 of a garbage sack full. Crazy how fast it adds up. We had such a great time and can't wait to do it next year.

Conan's Birthday

For Conan's birthday this year I couldn't decide what to get him. I thought long and hard and knew that he had wanted a Kindle for a long time. So, I ordered it for him. He had no idea and when it came I was so excited. It was the day before his birthday but I couldn't wait. I think he was surprised. I know he was happy!!! He sat down and played around with it right away. That night we went out to dinner to celebrate with some family at Texas Roadhouse. It was not the best experience at first but it turned out OK in the end. Conan even rode the saddle horse. Happy Birthday Conan!!! You are the best!!!

Silly Teeth

Aren't they the cutest kids ever!!!! When we got our Halloween stuff out this year we found our billy bob teeth. The kids thought this was so funny and put them in for a little modelin'. It was so funny. Jaxie loved it. So I must say I have the best lookin' kids ever!!!

Flag Football

Zac played flag football again this year. He did a great job!! This is one of his best sports. His team took 3rd in the league. They had a wonderful coach and a fun team. Zac played almost all of the positions including, QB, Receiver, Center and guard. He had a lot of touch downs this year and quite a few interceptions. He is such a great kid and athlete. We are so proud of you Zac!! Keep up the great work!! Love ya buddy!!! Brittan and Jaxon had a great time as well, as long as they could play cars in the dirt they were happy!!

Half-time Performance

Brittan was lucky enough to be able to perform at half-time at a Maple Mountain High school JV football game. She practiced for a week and then performed at the end of the week. She did an awesome job. She is a great dancer and a fun and beautiful girl. She loved her teachers, our neighbor Danielle and her friend Alli!! Way to go Brittan!!!

Grammie

Grammie came up not long ago and spent the night with us. It was so fun and the kids love her. We all feel so blessed to have such a wonderful mom and grammie. She makes it so much fun for the kids and us!!! We love you Grammie!!! Thanks for everything!!!! You're the best!!

Fall Leaves

One Sunday afternoon we packed the kids in the car to take a drive up the nebo loop and go to Payson Lakes to look at the leaves. It was so beautiful and relaxing. It makes me so grateful for Heavenly Father's creations and the blessing that I have in my life. The kids had a great time taking pictures and throwing rocks in the lake. We looked up and saw about 15-20 golden eagles circling the trees on the far side of the lake. It was so incredible. I feel so lucky to live in such a beautiful place.

Great Primary Teacher!!!

Brittan had the most awesome primary teacher!! He is our neighbor, friend and the bishop's son. He just left about a month or so ago for the New Jersey, Morristown mission. All of the kids were so sad to see him leave but so proud of him. They all got together and made candy bar cards and letters for him and took them to him. Here is a picture with him and all of the kids!!! It is so great to have wonderful primary teachers.

Sanpete County Fair

This year we were able to go down to Manti for the Sanpete Couny Fair. The kids always love this and have a great time. We went to the demolition derby, the rodeo, the carnival, the parade and one night we were even able to go fishing and roast hot dogs and s'mores. We rode the 4-wheelers and just had a great time. When we were up the canyon Jaxon and Parker had a great time playing with his cars in the dirt!! Brooke & McKay and Mom & Mark were there too. It was so fun.
